Wendysue Fluegge is a female Billy Joel... only she would rather laugh with BOTH the sinners and the saints. She is a story-teller, and Christian piano-pop musician. What you hear is professional instrumentation with her lovely, classically-trained voice. What you get is a down-to-earth performer with an out-of-this-world message.
The message is simple: Jesus saved you, and you respond. God gives sinners forgiveness and heaven through faith in Jesus, and out of thankfulness those saints can’t help but live with that eternal perspective on life . Wendysue likes to encourage her listeners this way: God uses everyday (ordinary) people to be everyday (not just Sunday) Christians.
Wendysue splits her time doing two types of events - worship services and Christian concerts. She has designed several contemporary worship services which teach on a specific theme. The service format contains a mix of Pastor’s devotions, solos, and congregation songs. Her concerts are less formal, with storytelling in word and song, a mix of original and familiar songs, and audience participation.
Since 1996, she has performed at over 200 churches, schools, and organizations in over 20 states. She continues an active ministry, making 30-40 appearances each year. She lives in Menomonee Falls, WI, with her husband Craig and two young children.
