Bio
Western Bears are a young band made up of four 16 year olds from Bromley, Kent. The band have been gigging in various places and are under the influence of lots of bands, new and old. Some of Western Bears greatest influences are the Maccabees, Cage the Elephant, Arctic Monkeys, The Strokes, The Vaccines, Led Zeppelin and many more.
Two of the members, Max Broggio and Alex Cripps have been playing songs together for a number of years, but recently in 2011, drummer Joe Coell joined and bassist Kieran O'Brien soon joined after that. Since then the band have Just been practicing a lot and finding gigs where they can play their songs to new people.
