Wet White Rose

After Zachary’s earlier band took a big step and moved to Los Angeles, they disappointed him by not returning to America after a short trip back to Denmark, showing him that they weren’t nearly as dedicated and ambitious as he was.

Trying to pursue his biggest dream, he was led to the decision of creating something brand new. That he did by calling the likeminded person, former college friend and musician from Denmark Mathias la Cour, asking him to come and play with him in the most ambitious project any of them had ever been a part of.

Mathias showed up in Los Angeles only eight days after Zachary’s phone call, leaving girlfriend, family, school and bands behind. Mathias was a busy musician in Denmark, trying to reach his dreams. But knew that the musicians he played with weren’t as dedicated or ambitious as him. Therefore there was no doubt in his mind and he took off soon as he could, he knew that this time it was for real.

Finding themselves in California, ready to do whatever it takes, they had to come up with a plan how to kick-start their journey.

The day Mathias arrived they started working as hard as they could on the material that, just like the name “Wet White Rose”, Zachary had waited to put out until the time was right. He now knew that this was the time.  

The songs on their demo were recorded and mixed in a camping trailer in Phelan CA. where they’re currently located. Zachary’s skills in the studio made this possible.

Being only two persons, gives them a huge advantage whether it’s on stage or in songwriting. It makes their live performance much more intense and energetic.

When they find the right record label to support them, their plan is to record their debut album and be on the road as much as possible, do some heavy touring to really get their music out there to show the world what they’re all about.
