Bo Blount is a multi-instrumentalist, producer and composer based in Los Angeles. He began his music career as a songwriter and guitarist, performing and recording with several acts before relocating West in 1999. His bands have been featured in CMJ and other industry trades, on both terrestrial and Internet radio, and have opened for the likes of Aleka's Attic (River Phoenix), Derek Trucks, The Catherine Wheel, Elastica, and Superchunk. In addition to engineering and sound recording, Bo also produces/composes score for film and television. In 2008, he wrote and recorded electronica-infused spoken word tracks for 10K Poets, a Seattle-based music label and publishing company. We Voice Sing was born out of a collaboration with local poet (and 10K contributor) Rich Ferguson.
