The best kept secret in music

This band has no press

Still working on that hot first release.

The show consists of four rounds. In each round a contestant is randomly pulled from the audience to play. The contestant selects from four different categories; for each category they will have a choice of two songs to choose from. They then choose a song in which they want to sing. When they sing the song, the words will be displayed on the large screen and the contestants monitor in order for them to sing. Just as the song is going good, the music will stop and the contestant will have to complete the song with the next 3 to 12 lyrics. Each time they get another song correct, they will advance to the next dollar amount. The amount of lyrics needed to complete gets harder each time the dollar amount gets greater. The dollar amounts are as follows: $5.00, $10.00, $25.00, $50.00 & $75.00. Once the contestant gets to the $10.00 threshold, they cannot leave the stage with less than $10.00. Each time the contestant reaches a new dollar amount, if they are not sure of the correct lyrics, they can stop and leave the stage with the amount of money they are currently at. If they attempt to sing the remaining lyrics, and are correct, they will then bump up to the next dollar amount. However, if they are incorrect they will then drop down to $10.00. If at any time the contestant is not sure of the lyrics they can rely on three lifelines. The lifelines are:

1. Ask a friend in the audience to help them complete the song
2. Ask for two correct lyrics to be revealed
3. Ask for three lines, two are incorrect, but one has the correct lyrics to finish the song

The contestant continues until either they complete the whole round with the big money song, get the lyrics wrong or decide to leave the stage with the current money that they are at.

There are four rounds, the contestant continues to play until they either decide to stop or get a wrong lyric. If they get a wrong lyric, a new contestant will be randomly drawn from the audience. That person will continue starting where the last person stopped. If the contestant decides to leave the stage early, the money they leave with gets deducted from the big money jackpot of $125.00. This continues until the big money song where its all or nothing for the contestant.
