Whiskey Rebellion

Whiskey Rebellion

BandRockMetal

Whiskey Rebellion plays straight-forward southern-style hard rock with a party atmosphere. While not just playing an awesome set, they will involve the crowd in such antics as on-stage drinking games. Not only will Whiskey Rebellion have fun themselves, everyone will have the time of their lives.

Biography

Whiskey Rebellion, a band formed around many of the same principles that the early frontiersmen adopted, is an aggressive force to be reckoned with. As with any good whiskey, this band chooses not to "water down" their music, they instead approach it with a return to roots, and with the attitude of the people who made their voices heard in the original "Whiskey Rebellion" by the early Americans in 1791.

A five piece band with a combined total of more than 30 years in live experience, Whiskey Rebellion appears to have more than a few of their own scores to settle, only aggressive vocals are the war cries and commanding dynamics are the gunfire, set in the battlefield scenes provided by raw and unrelenting rhythms that leave no man unharmed.

Influenced by bands such as Black Label Society, Pantera, Lynyrd Skynrd, and others who have played straight, unrestrained hard rock, Whiskey Rebellion lets their music speak for themselves. The end result is pure power that grabs your attention from the first shot fired, to the last.

A band who has shared the stage with such names as Corrosion Of Conformity, Clutch, Black Label Society, Fu Manchu and Broken Teeth; the bigger stages make them feel right at home.

Whiskey Rebellion's original music has been heard on such radio stations as Milwaukee's Lazer 103 (recently renamed to “the Hog”), Razor 94.7, Wausau's ZRock 104.1, Madison’s 94.1 WJJO, and MSOE's 91.7 WMSE.

Whiskey Rebellion is here now, and they refuse not to be heard...
