Oh yes, time to jump in your trimmed '33 Ford coupe, roll the windows down and cruise with nowhere to go. White Leather, formed just months ago, has released their first studio, self-titled EP and has brought Classic Rock and Roll back to Denver. The four-song album is another credit for J.P. Manza (Colorado Sound) and was written and recorded by frontman, Dan Aid. The Classic Hard-Rock sound throughout the album creates a full-energy atmosphere that is full of old-school, Hard-Rock influences. Their lead track “Shoot Me With Your Gun,” opens the album with gritty guitar riffs supported by Aid’s vocals, reminiscent of Billy Idol, and carries the concept throughout. Summer of '09 has a soundtrack!

Bio
Formed in the final months of 2008, White Leather is a driving rock and roll band drawing on punk and hard rock influences to create a fresh but familiar brand of rock straight out of Denver, Colorado. Comprised of members from rocky mountain heavy hitters such as singer & one handed guitar player Dan Aid, previously of Letters From The Front, drummer Tim Reed of Gina Go Faster, bassist Mark Hibl, and newly appointed axeman Chimes, White Leather serves up talent from all four corners of the stage. A turn-key project, White Leather teamed up with engineer J.P. Manza and producer Tim Buckman at Colorado Sound Studios to prepare a radio-ready four song E.P. as well as local photographers and merchandise printers to gear up before debuting the band to nearly 2,200 listeners at a Denver earth day festival. A power house in the making, White Leather is locked and loaded to earn the admiration of new fans with screaming guitar leads, a tight rhythm section, memorable hooks, and a stage show to rival the greats. Rock and Roll is back!
