Vasilis Chountas (Whodoes) after experimenting with composing music for theatre plays has created his first album “Dolphins in the sky”. The album contains eight instrumental pieces, which are a mixture of ambient, chill out, ethnic, post rock, electro and soundtrack music. The music can be characterized as ambient experimental looping guitar; a variety of techniques and gadgets are used for converting electric guitar sound into other instruments, namely violin, viola, cello, traditional santouri and synthesizer . Whodoes performs live solo,(one man show) looping guitar phrases in real time and using ambience and beat samples.
