I'm Carmelo A. Spadaro, aka Wholebrain, in the sense of genuine, without preservatives or additives, as it is.
And that's also the way I make music, very essential, confidential, direct, honest, with emotion, energy and a bit of introspection.
I'm a self-taught sicilian songwriter.
Got a degree in Physics in 2006, I lived in various italian cities, in Dublin in 2007, and since 2008 I live in Alessandria (Piedmont, Italy), where for some years I worked in the field of scientific research. Since 2010, I chose to devote full time to my music, alongside my activity as chess instructor.
In the same year I recorded 5 songs live for the realization of a DVD in favor of Italian Society for the Fight against Cancer.
In June 2011 I released my debut album entitled Brainstorming, recorded between Sicily and Piedmont with the help of some musicians: Ottavio Leo, Daniela Caschetto and Andrea Nunzio.
