Bio
Wicked Intent began in April 2005. Paul and Christy, who have known each other for years, were asked to play at an '80s cover night at Sudsy Malone's in Clifton. Ryan and Perry Smith (drums-Dark Soul) were recruited to play with them. The band covered Pat Benatar's "Hell Is For Children," metaled up of course. The crowd was stunned by the awesome performance thus Wicked Intent was officially born. However, a permanent drummer was still needed. Bill was an obvious choice. They all knew and liked him. Besides, he's a really good drummer. Bill was asked, and he joined Wicked Intent in June '05.
In the Summer of 2006, Big Bill left Wicked Intent, and the drum throne was filled by SCOTT BERGER, formerly of DEATH WARMED OVER. Scott is no longer in the band and the seat is being filled by former drummer Bill Kayes for the time being.
The band keeps growing stronger, and continues to evolve into musical force that will not be denied. Wicked Intent rocks!
