Will and Greg

First off... sorry for the Christmas music in April.. this is the only material we have recorded thus far.. but we have plenty of great originals and covers to share with you in the near future! The Will and Greg duo are not an ordinary duo. They are dynamic in the fact that Will has an advanced understanding of music theory and piano skills, while Greg brings songwriting and musical filler to the table. Together they create beautiful and distinct harmony that blend so well. The intricately and well thought out piano parts compliment the steady rhythm that the guitar offers, but they aren't limited to those functions. Although the instrumental aspect of Will and Greg is audibly aesthetic, the duo is extremely particular about the harmony they choose. They pride themselves on how well their voices blend and compliment one another. Will and Greg are always looking for new ways to impress their audience.

Will and Greg started in November of 2012, when Greg asked Will to help him with a Christmas album. With little time to spare, the duo busted out a quality, 5 song EP by mid December (which can be found on http://willandgreg.bandcamp.com). The Christmas EP proves that Will and Greg are capable of creating quality music that many people enjoy. Together they sold over 300 copies in less than two weeks between the bandcamp account and physical copies.

After a month break over the holidays, the duo got back together to start writing more music. They are currently working on another EP album to be released in the beginning of Summer 2013. Will and Greg are also thinking about expanding into a full sized band which would include a bass guitar, a small string section, drums/percussion, and some clean electric guitar.

The two members have different musical influences and tastes, which is the reason why they have such a unique sound. With their interests in different genres, they create an acoustic, indie folk, pop sound.. yes, it's hard to narrow it down to a couple.

Will is influenced by mostly pop music, consisting of bands and artists such as Ben Folds, Jason Mraz, Bobby McFerrin, and Relient K.

Greg is influenced by indie and folk music consisting of bands and artists such as The Head and the Heart, James Taylor, Airborne Toxic Event, and Guster
