Will is readying the release of a full-length album which will be released just in time for Summer 2011, titled “Epoch” and will contain two discs, “Vortex” (Disc 1) and “Obliterate (revisited)” (Disc 2) and will be released as a double album of 21 songs. The album is an exploration of electronic beat based music mixed with rock, blues, jazz and country.

In 2011 his song “Obliterate” from the upcoming “Epoch” album was selected for the television show “Blackstone” as a featured track and continues to climb indie and college radio charts across North America!

His music continues to win new fans and followers and in November 2010 in an explosive show stopping, show opening performance at the Canadian Aboriginal Music Awards, at the Hamilton Place Theatre, he teamed up with award winning Hip Hop artist Feenix on a track called “Count down to Showtime” a song they wrote together off of Feenix’s album “Collabanation which one for “Best Hip Hop album” and “Best Hip Hop Video” (which Will Directed) This show was filmed live and was aired Feb 26th, 2011 on CityTV across North America!

In June 2009 he released “Obliterate” at a concert filmed for the screen and will appear in a documentary called “My Brother Sky”, a film about Will’s life and music at Edmonton’s “Starlite Room”, an upscale venue for live music. The album garnered him 6 Aboriginal Peoples Choice Music Award Nominations in 2009 for Best Pop album, Single of the Year Songwriter of the Year, Best Album Cover Design, Best New Artist, Best Producer/Engineer along side of legendary artists such as Buffy St.Marie, Country Star Crystal Shawanda, star Tracy Bone, and hip hop sensation Inez and folk hero Don Amero and rapper PLEX and was broadcast live on the Aboriginal Peoples Television Network and Bell Express Vu.

Will was also nominated for Best Male Artist and Best Song Single at the Aboriginal Canadian Music Awards gala staged at the Hamilton Place Theatre, November 27th 2009 and was picked from more then 300 entries from across Canada and the United States in a juried competition by some 90 jurors drawn from both the Aboriginal and non-Aboriginal music industry.
He has been featured as artist of the month on CFWE 98.5FM, in print for various magazines, newspapers, blogs and his music is in heavy rotation on indie and college radios across North America and has charted as high as number #2 on national radio and the National Aboriginal Countdown on NCI Radio which features some of today’s finest musical acts and performers.

He has toured extensively and has played music most of his life honing his musicality in bands ranging from hard core metal to solo acoustic gigs and has had the opportunity to share the stage with many great artists. He has played some big stages but is not afraid to enter an open microphone jam-night to showcase his abilities alone with just an acoustic guitar, a microphone and his voice.

Recently, in a juried competition he was given an Alberta Foundation for the Arts Award to write, record and release a traditional Album in original Metis/Cree language called “LANDSCAPES” which he will work on through the fall and release this winter.

Will, has begun producing music with his daughter Dana, a 11 year old singer/songwriter he is mentoring through the process of creating music and hopes to have her first CD out in 2012.
