On some long and narcotic night, you may have asked yourself: "What would the bastard child of Willie Nelson and Izzy Stradlin sound like?" Well, amazingly enough, we have the answer.
Straight from the dusty roads of Peter Pender Arkansas, Willie Stradlin mix charging hard rock and traditional country, showing considerable reverence for both. Formed in 2005, the band are heavily influenced by the "red dirt" scene, a sort of gritty Americana popular in Texas, Oklahoma, and they may just be the band to spread the scene far and wide. - Classic Rock Magazine
