Will Marion

Hailing from the foothills of North Carolina, Will Marion is a Nashvile based singer/songwriter with a passion for southern rock, classic country, and bluegrass music. He is a Senior at Belmont University, where he has expounded upon both his instrumental and vocal talents. Will’s influences include classic rock artists such as The Allman Brothers Band, The Rolling Stones and The Band well as classic country artists such as Dwight Yoakam, Vince Gill, Alan Jackson and Buck Owens. Recently, he has had the privilege to work with such incredible musicians as two-time IBMA female vocalist of the year Dale Ann Bradley and Mountain Heart’s Josh Shilling. Will has been entertaining audiences in Tennessee and North Carolina for years and back in Janurary, Will recorded his first demo at Funhouse Studios on Music Row in Nashville with the help of his producer, James R. Wigginton. The demo features two songs written by Will (It’s Good to be Me, She was Made for Me), one from bluegrass virtuoso Ashby Frank (Falling Down), and the John Anderson classic, “Seminole Wind.”
