Bio
A one-woman band consisting of an acoustic guitar, two amps, and multiple effects pedals, willower is the musical project of North Carolina native Kristen Stillwell. Inspired by guitarists such as Kaki King for her use of open tunings and penchant for creating unconventional sounds with an acoustic guitar, and vocalists like Bjork, Kate Havnevik, and Feist, willower melds an ecletic musical palette to create dreamy soundscapes with loops that dance in stereo.
