Lyrically, I push the envelope as it concerns a life of faith. Musically, it's simply good to chill to, trip to, or fly a spaceship to. There's tones of rock, indie, blues, and some folk- creating an all-inclusive sense of stylistic uniqueness.
As a believer in Jesus I'm saddened to see religion trump God's love in the world. Some of the lyrics are suggestive in that regard. However, it's honest; and the style of each song reflect the sometimes humorous, sometimes gritty lyrics and harmonies- deliberate compositions which set the foundation for the lyrics (as well as the solar power to launch the trippy spaceship).
