Winston Smith smith is a collaborative project between Singer/Songwriter Brian Zablocki and Multi-instrumentalist/Producer Parks Vallely. Our songs range from love songs containing borderline obscene descriptions of encounters with the opposite sex to folkish songs with a political bent, often describing the life of the average but disgruntled Joe living in capitalistic America.
The collaboration came as a result of jam sessions between Zablocki an established Producer/Engineer/Musician Vallely finding a common connection relating to artists such as Okkerville River, Bob Dylan, MGMT and Rage Against The Machine. Winston Smith has an ever evolving sound that incorporates both Live instrumentation and sampled and synthesized keyboard parts.
