Witty Barz is an American rapper and songwriter born and raised in Cincinnati, Ohio. Witty developed a passion for music at an very young age. Although poetry was the start of his witty display of wording, he soon fell in love with rhymes over the drum kick and snare drenched sounds of hip hop. Wasn̢۪t long before Witty began recording and making his own contribution to the culture.
Witty embraces the mantra #BarzMatter as many of his music influences are highly lyrical...J. Cole, Outkast, T.I., 2Pac, Rakim, The Roots, JayZ, Nas & Biggie to name a few. Witty Barz is without a doubt ready for the industry. With four studio projects under his belt and the recent release of his fifth mixtape, "Black Sheep", Witty is building a strong argument stating hip hop is alive and well.
Witty has performed with and shared the stage with industry peers Future, Tink, Cool Amerika and Project Pat to name a few. It's safe to say that Witty Bars is primed to be next up in hip hop!
