A performance by Wolves at the Door is exhilarating, driven, and rock solid. Most patrons are struck by the hot lead vocals, scorching imaginative guitars, and concrete yet inventive rhythm section. Our expanding set list is diverse, showing both the hard and soft sides. We assemble our set list to build energy, intoxicate the senses, and get you to feel our zeal. Whether to listen or dance, we will thrill.

We can deliver original music, cover tunes, or both. Either way, the music we perform is the sound of rock-n-roll, soul, and blues. Filled with high energy and passion, the music will move your heart and your feet.

Original Music
Nikk and Kai started collaborating in 1999. Gathering the songs they worked on individually throughout their lives along with those created by their partnership, they recorded their first CD, Main Street is Empty, in Kevin Bowe’s and Dik Shopteau’s Studio in 2004. Main Street is an eclectic mix of songs ranging in genre from alt-country, folk-rock, and alternative music. They returned to the studio in 2007 with Kevin to produce their second CD, Unforgiven, focusing on rock and blues. Crowd favorites have been Déjà vu, Whatrugonnado and Cadillac Blues, on Unforgiven. The music has memorable hooks, is catchy, and people find themselves singing or bobbing their heads along with the band at performances.

Cover Music
We pick songs that are great to listen to, dance to, and most likely bring back some fond memories. We play songs from classic rock, to rockin’ blues. We infuse our own style, rock’em up, and turn em loose!
