Wood Ox is a dynamic husband and wife electronic/live instrument fusion, with strong elements of hip hop, electronic, jazz, soul and world influences. The duo captivates audiences by incorporating live drums, bass, viola, guitar and vocals into the electronic tapestry of hypnotic beats. Wood Ox has been featured on local, regional and international platforms including STYLSS, Blvnt Records, First Ear, Beat Cinema and Threefinger, and has shared the stage with Asher Fulero (Emancipator Ensemble, Halo Refuser), Mark Aubert, Philip Grass, and was a featured artist of the Beatogether monthly series (Blnkstrs) and Fusion: The Body, a multidisciplinary night of dance, music and lectures.
