Olive Grove Records are very pleased to announce that our next addition to our incredible roster is Woodenbox!
We have been planning and prepping and we are happy to finally reveal the good news. Many may know the band as Woodenbox with a Fistful of Fivers, but the 6-piece have decided to shorten it down to the humble Woodenbox.
Their music channels folk, rock, soul and of course their Scottish roots, it is the fusion of these styles with Americana that have set them apart from the rest of Scotland’s current exports.
Having gained an incredible live reputation Woodenbox have also been seen to dominate the festival circuit, not to mention a trip to SxSW to help showcase Scotland’s phenomenal talent.
Their forthcoming album has been recorded by the infamous Paul Savage at Chem19 Studios and is set to be released in late spring. We also welcome our wonderful PR company A Badge of Friendship back to help spread the Woodenbox word!
