Over the last year of existence The Woodwork Roadshow have played their own brand of music. They have pulled inspiration from a myriad of influences making each style their own. And while traveling the Carolinas they have performed their soulful originals and jazzed up popular tunes at diverse venues large and small. Regardless of venue, the Roadshow always fires up the crowds and entertains until last call. The bandÂ’s love of variety makes for an ever changing experience. You may see them with drums and keys or with banjo and fiddle. Whoever you find playing with the Woodwork Roadshow it can be guaranteed that the players are top notch and ready to stretch the limits of the music. The Woodwork Roadshow has quickly established itself as a clever and talented new band that offers a fresh feel to time-honored music such as traditional, old-time, roots, blues, and rock. The Roadshow delivers originality in their sound and promises to create an exhilarating musical experience for audiences every time they take to the stage. Fans can expect elements of jazz, bluegrass, country, rock-n-roll, reggae, and lots of soul in their music. People from a wide variety of backgrounds are sure to find The Woodwork Roadshow extremely entertaining. Opening for acts such as Sam Bush, Brooks and Dunn, Big and Rich, Moonshine Still, Benevento-Russo Duo, Barefoot Manner, The Codetalkers featuring Colonel Bruce Hampton, Larry Keel and Natural Bridge, and Jerry Joseph is proof of their achievement over the last year as a band. And while playing festivals over the summer with great artist like Donna the Buffalo, Nickel Creek, and Tift Merritt they were able find wide acceptance among a diverse crowd.
