LA native Wyatt Starks —singer, songwriter, and producer— emerged as an artist-to-watch after his debut, self-produced 2017 album Pretty Lady garnered buzz in the LA independent music community. The combination of Wyatt’s smooth R&B vocals over bass driven beats simultaneously oozes sensuality and shakes walls. Growing up in a family of musicians and singers, Wyatt finds inspiration in all genres of music. After releasing over 30 songs to date, Wyatt’s style has developed to feature nods to classic funk and hip hop, unexpectedly complicated guitar lines, rich vocal tones, and rhythmic rap-inspired writing, showcasing his vast yet deep musical knowledge. After a short enrollment at Berkeley College of Music, Wyatt established STARK SOUNDS, a collective and label where he writes, produces, mixes, masters, and engineers all of his own work.
