WZRD

The energetic party rocker is based out of Los Angeles, CA. When he was 12, his friends were buying toys to play with, but WZRD was already spending his cash on equipment. At a young age he took an ear for Hip Hop. Listening to artist such as Eminem, Snoop Dogg, Dr. Dre, and Outkast, to name a few. As he got older WZRD expanded his music collection and took on all styles of music. He began to research and learn just by watching other DJs at events, parties, and Youtube. WZRD came across three DJs who inspired him the most: DJ AM, Steve Aoki, and DJ Vice. Just by watching these DJs, he analyzed the way they mix and scratch. Over the course of time, he created his own style. 

In 2011 WZRD went down to Lucky Strike LA Live to do a try out set. Shortly after that night he landed himself a residency. Now he is the youngest DJ to hold a residency at Lucky Strike. DJ WZRD is recognized as one of the most versatile DJs who brings a high energy blend of beats from hip hop, to house, to old school, to funk, and music dating back to the 80's. Developing his skills with much practice, he has set himself to be unique in his own way of mixing. 

DJ WZRD recently took action in producing. His focus at the moment is producing EDM music. His greatest influences are R3hab, Blasterjaxx, Carnage, DVBBS, Dimitri vegas & Like Mike, Bassjackers, Showtek, Deorro, Martin Garrix, and Vinai, to name a few.  His goal is to pursue his career in clubs and one day travel the world DJing festivals.
