Here’s a little third-generation entertainment news: Congratulations to Philadelphia nightlife entrepreneur David Carroll, whose grandson London Jackson Glorfield — better known as London Jax — has scored a YouTube/iTunes hit with the sunshiny “Ruby Lips” and landed the type of management (Los Angeles’ Gail Gellman, reps Sugarland) that guarantees mainstream success. Next up: a bright shiny cover of Led Zep’s “Going to California.” - Philadelphia City Paper

"Welcome Stage Excitement"

(please note, X LOVERS was known as London Jax prior to October 2015).

'These are the memories we don't know.' Wise words straight from the heart of Northern California's acoustic pop band, London Jax. Heavily influenced by their small and eclectic hometown and the every day experience of adolescence, London Jax brings their fans stories about love, lust, and life in the modern world.

Together Jackson (17, lead vocals/guitar), Jacob (17, drums/vocals), and Max (18, vocals/guitar), bring intense passion and authenticity to their songwriting and incredible energy and verve to the stage. Each discovered their love for music at a very young age and together they have developed a distinct collection of sounds and songs. - California Worldfest

The Center for the Arts Discover Series brought three great bands to the intimate Grass Valley stage last night. Ages and Ages, Horse Thief and local band, London Jax. It was a great show and so exciting to see local fans come out and cheer on Jacob, Jackson and Max. Bio

Inspired by moments when the sun is down, London Jackson (19//singer//songwriter) and Jacob Ames (18//drummer//producer) have been addicted to carving their own path as artists since the inception of X LOVERS in 2010.

From playing sold out punk shows throughout their region of California by the ages of 13, to having LiveNation tout their debut single as 'mighty impressive' at the ages of 16, to currently co-producing and writing an array of music with producers such as Yves Rothman (RocNation), Justin Gray (Gnash, Conrad Sewell, James Bay, etc.), and Bryan Todd (Universal Music Group), the boys in black have continually worked to achieve what’s found only through their personal experience.

Throwing the confinement of genre out the window, X LOVERS has been able to express the infectious feeling of coming of age in every record they create. Growing up on 70’s rock n’ roll blasting out of their parents' record collections, to hearing a multitude of glistening electronic pop sounds throughout their school halls, the boys find risk, rebellion, and pure intoxication in pursuing their signature sound they, and their fans, call POP N' ROLL.

They'd love for you to join their adventure.
