Bio
Xavier is a up and coming singer/songwriter from South Texas. Influences include Dave Matthews, John Mayer, Coldplay, Ari Hest, Goo Goo Dolls, Vertical Horizon, Jason Mraz, U2, and many others.
Originally a saxophone player, Xavier brings elements of jazz to the pop/rock world creating a familiar but very fresh and creative sound.
Xavier has most recently been recognized for his songwriting skills by the Song of the Year online competition. With the song "Undone", he placed 3rd in the "Pop" category for the month of March 2009, and received an "Honorable Mention" with the song "Truth" for the month of May 2009. He has also had the privilege of working and writing with great songwriters/musicians such as Robin Wilson of the Gin Blossoms.
