Everyday, rock bands are born, hoping they will make it one day. Being a rock band from an Indian Ocean Island might not be the easiest way to succeed. However this was the choice of the 5 members of Crossbreed Supersoul after they bathed in the sound of Nirvana, Metallica, Radiohead, System of a Down, Placebo, Pink Floyd...
Though some might not find that relevant, the band has reached tremendous popularity in Mauritius even though they were doomed by many to stay anonymous in a country where the national music is reggae, or its local version.
After 7 years of existence, 2 albums, 1 in the making, hundreds of concerts, an international festival, they look mature enough to seek for stages out of the island.
Crossbreed Supersoul lives performances is what has brought the band to build up its name, and this is what they are really looking for...LIVE scenes, all around the world,
