Larry “X-Calib” Martin II, is an artist – producer out of Columbus Ohio. As a well respected producer in the Columbus area, he motivates and inspires others to be purpose driven in all that they do. Larry’s musical background reaches back to his early childhood. From playing piano as a child, being a praise and worship leader at his church home, to being a well sought after producer-artist. His influences range from Manny Fresh, Dr. Dre ,Timbaland, Lecrea, JR of Crossmovement Records and above all Jesus Christ. And being a fan of all genre’s X-Calib’s style has no boundaries. In 2006-2007 he interned at Interscope Records Santa Monica, Ca. He served in the marketing department under Josh Fisher, and Chris Clancy, and in the A&R department under Manny Banks and, Marcus Hiesser. After his return to Columbus in 2007 he rededicated his life to Christ, and vowed to give God his all every since. Through his music, and lifestyle he gives 150% to give God the glory. He also motivates and inspires youth through a clean cut image of what it means to be Christ like, and to be who God made you regardless of what others think. He also founded Torch Legacy in 2008. Torch Legacy is an entertainment company and ministry that promotes the vision and purpose of God for one’s life. The Torch represents that purpose, and inspires people to carry that torch, for the glory of God. So through God given and inspired beats and prophetic songs, X-Calib has been used to touch the hearts of men and women of all ages.
