"Edge Magazine Praises XELLE's EP "Queens""

"Blending a symphonic concoction honoring dance/pop acts like ABBA, The Spice Girls, and whipped into a frothy lather by super-producer Zach Adam, XELLE excels at delivering a pure dance floor confection.
These girls can sing! It’s evident in the EP’s lead track “Queen” which is the album’s most apparent club-thumper. The electro-bass thump and melodies are a reminder of Rihanna’s more inspired dance hits, but there’s a genuine hook in the song that will relentlessly inspire massive pony-tail spinning - where else…on the dance floor. “Invincible” has all the ingredients of an inspired Katy Perry anthem; with its positive message the track is invincibly infectious. “Sweat” and “Party Girl” each have a late 80’s/early 90’s pop feel that is fresh, and “The City” is a hypnotic valentine to the city that never sleeps, with a rock breakdown that proves the group’s versatility.” - Edge Magazine

"Pop Trash Addicts Can't Get Enough of XELLE!"

"These lovely ladies have the voices of (fallen) angels, sex appeal to burn and an overabundance of glamor not seen since the glory days of Martha Wash and the Weather Girls. Watch in awe as the ladies show the pretenders how it’s done!" - Pop Trash Addicts

"XELLE Promotes Empowerment And Kindness To Others"

"XELLE has always promoted a strong message of self-acceptance, empowerment and kindness to others." - Fenuxe Magazine

Bio

You've heard of XELLE. They're that girl group that threw an illegal dance party on a moving NYC subway train for their debut video, Party Girl. They're the indie band whose songs and videos are lighting up TV shows, radio stations and dance floors around the world. They're those sexy girls with huge voices who rocked the stage at your favorite club last night. They are XELLE, and you've been waiting for them to come along.

Fronted by dance floor divas JC Cassis and Rony G and produced by international hitmaker Zach Adam, XELLE makes megapop music that the world cant get enough of. With over 1.5 million views on YouTube, their incredible music videos have whipped the international press into a frenzy. CBS News called XELLE anything but ordinary, Perez Hilton proclaimed their videos an effing good time, and Edge Magazine says that XELLE excels at delivering a pure dance floor confection. Together with Zach Adam, XELLE creates and produces music video masterworks. Their video, Hologram, is the first choose-your-own-adventure, interactive YouTube video, and the longest music video ever, starring Janeane Garofalo, Kerri Kenney-Silver, Martha Wash and more. Queen is a trippy, visually stunning piece starring nearly all of the cast of RuPauls Drag Race All Stars. Invincible is a moving empowerment anthem that will make you want to change the world. And of course, they brought you Party Girl, the how-did-they-pull-that-off, one-take, illegal subway takeover that started it all.

With a fresh sound that mixes the fun of The Spice Girls, the swagger of Ke$ha and the gorgeous vocal harmonies of ABBA, XELLE is an exciting addition to the pop music landscape. The girls have brought their high energy live show to fans around the USA, with headlining sets in New York, Chicago, Milwaukee, Louisville, St. Petersburg, San Jose, Las Vegas, Philadelphia, San Francisco, Providence and more, and they've shared the stage with legends such as Joan Rivers, Lil Kim, Salt n Pepa, Mya, Dev, MoNique, Aubrey ODay, Blu Cantrell, C&C Music Factory and Deborah Cox.

XELLE's songs have been featured on MTV, LOGO, Oxygen, Sirius XM and terrestrial radio around the globe, but the band is as much about personality as it is about music. The girls of XELLE have appeared on VH1s hit reality show Big Ang and been featured guests on Oxygen's outrageous Jersey Couture, where they celebrated their curves, showed that real bodies are beautiful, and inspired millions to love themselves just as they are.

XELLE promotes a strong message of self acceptance, empowerment and kindness to others. This message inspired the band to collaborate with the nonprofit Gay Lesbian Straight Education Network (GLSEN), which works to provide safe school environments free of bullying for students and teachers of all backgrounds. XELLE released the hit single, Invincible, and donated the proceeds of song sales to GLSEN.

XELLE's story began one night at a karaoke party at the infamous gay bar Barracuda in Manhattans Chelsea neighborhood, where drag queen Mimi Imfurst was hosting the evening and JC, Rony and Zach were in attendance. After hearing JC and Rony sing individually, Mimi invited both girls up on stage to sing Wannabe by the Spice Girls with her. The performance was electric and it was clear that they had stumbled onto something special. Zach liked what he saw and suggested that JC, Rony and Mimi begin collaborating in a girl group that he would produce. XELLE was born, and the group began to unleash a slew of jaw-dropping songs and music videos on the global music scene.

Now, XELLE has reinvented itself as the powerhouse duo of JC and Rony, produced by Zach Adam. The new XELLE continues to take over the world, one dance floor at a time.
