Xeno are a Self-Managed, Self-Releasing Rock n' Roll band from Cornwall, UK.
The band was started in the form of Scott Wild's (lead vocals, guitar) home demos. After showing long-term friend and ex-band mate of Astro Firs (B-Unique, Supervision Management) Matt Tate, Scott gained himself a manager.
Working and finding a studio space together in which to record, ended up with Tate joining the band. The two-piece spent a long summer recording and writing tons of material.
Eventually adding fantastic surf guitarist Joey Milne and Alice Lou a care free singer with beautifully soft voice.
Along with their drum sequencer the four-piece started playing their subs and surf live around cornwall, gaining a local fanbase. They're influences include 'The Sonics', 'Dick Dale', 'The Coasters', 'Jon Spencer Blues Explosion','The Cramps', Chuck Berry', 'Liars' plus many more.
With the latest addition to the band, drummer John Cartwright, Xeno are a loud and exciting live rock n roll band with energetic yet cool stage presence, pounding drums and a unique 3-way rock n roll, surf & octave guitar sound,
They will be touring from summer 2012 onwards after self-releasing a live E.P.
