"Xploder feat Ashley So True (Burgaboy Mix)"

New UK talent Xploder drops his debut single with Highly Rated Entertainment and D.Dark, featuring lushly sweet vocals from Ashley. The lead mix has a quirky, upbeat urban sound with a laidback delivery on X's spit. Already gaining support on Ras Kwame's Radio 1 and 1xtra shows, this is set to generate further heat for his 'X Marks The Spot' mixtape. Alternative mixes and our favourite on the package comes from bassline soldier Burgaboy, who rips in with a quality effort. Also check out Funky Boy's house vibes. A great start on the road to a potential dynamite career. - Dj Mag

Hailing from the East London Grime scene, aspiring artist Xploder is about to embark on his musical journey, with a transition of style from boy to man, underground to commercial. The name alone may seem intimidating to most, but it’s simply just an expression, for the unexpected talent Xploder embraces within his inner shell. As quite a reserved individual, he is known to astound music lovers with his explosive lyrical energy and musical abilities.

With his current mix tape ‘X Marks the Spot’ circulating to new and old fans, Xploder is said to be the artist who will ‘up the levels’ in the UK Urban scene for 2010. His innovative music has a mixture across different genres, creating an alternative sound. With personal influences from a varied list of artists, such as Dizzee Rascal, Jay-Z, Ludacris, Michael Jackson, Nas, Outkast, Stevie Wonder and UB40, he is definitely set to establish a new niche in today’s music market.

Having been on the musical circuit for the past 4 years, Xploder has gained a huge amount of exposure. He initially started rapping, producing his own material, then going on to become a member of the infamous, 'Highly Rated Camp.’ Within this urban collective he was able to further his musical talents alongside his best friend Beckz Winter and brother 'D.Dark.’ The success of his music, independently and as part of the Highly Rated Entertainment company he was recognised across the underground scene, with many appearances made on UK pirate and internet radio stations such as Mystic, Deja Vu, Rinse, Heat, Axe and Manic. The breakthrough across the underground market, also lead to appearances and airtime plays on BBC 1Xtra, BBC Radio 1, Kiss 100 and Choice FM.
