XXTRA, also known to many as “XXTRA, Tha Yung Eagle” was born and raised in the heart of the "Windy City", Chicago. As an actor, dancer, producer and writer XXTRA has been a multi-talented individual for as long as he can remember. Entertainment has always, and will always be an influential and key aspect of his life. In recognition of his love for entertainment, in the early years of 2000, XXTRA made a decision to channel his many creative talents into one powerful outlet, rap music. Following his passion for music and entertainment XXTRA developed “Final Level Records”. Following the birth of Final Level Records, it was through his hard work, struggle and sacrifice, that XXTRA and Final Level Record’s first compilation cd sold more than 5,000 units. It was at this point in his career that his energy, passion, fight and unbelievable talent began to rapidly disperse across the city of Chicago. In a continued effort to grow as an artist, and determined to be heard across the Chicago land area, the Midwest, and later the nation, XXTRA worked diligently in his production and lyrical content, making the studio his second home. However, it wasn’t until the release of his latest single “Give It 2 Me Daddy” that Chicago really began to grasp the true talent that lie within this phenomenal artist. Not only will you hear this latest throughout the many clubs of Chicago night life, but it can be heard on some of Chicago major radio stations for Hip Hop. It is his powerful and adrenaline rushing stage performance, lyrical execution, charisma and creativity that has destined this artist a place in the history books of Hip Hop music.
