YaBoyLz is a young black male born in Pontiac, Mi (Da Yak) Sept. 5 1986. Raised by his single mother L'z was shown how to survive by being independent. Although seperated his father was always around and also taught him how to be a man and do what u have to do in this world. L'z rap career began after he graduated college for Eletronics Engineering finding he also had a passion for music. His early influences were young prospects that turned out to be huge such as: Eminem, Proof, Obie Trice, Lil Wayne, UGK, Jay-Z and more. Once out of college L'z linked up with his high school friends who were already known as the rap group Streetwyze and he began to to write ryhmes at their recording session. Not long after, Dame and the other StreetWyze members had welcomed L'z into the group and and began to make music together. On November 9, 2009 L'z and Dame partnered up to create the company U.B.M. Entertainment L.L.C. in remembrance of his father who was gunned down in Pontiac,Mi August 11, 2008. After the murder YaBoyLz artisic side took flight. He began to express pain, and emotions of the after-math and formed his own style of expressing his self. He has dropped an album, and a mixtape via U.B.M. Entertainment L.L.C.
