YAC-YAN is the President of NAYSAY MUSIC and REPETITION CLOTHING. Yac-Yan was born and raised in Washington DC. Before going solo he was formally a member of the group A.K.A. Alius, who was once a known entity in the DC music scene. As a member of the group he performed along side some of music's most respected talent. Talent such as, Chuck Brown a native DC jazz musician who was recently inducted into the Rock -N- Roll Hall of Fame. However difficult is was to do Yac-Yan left the group and put his passion for music on hold to further his education. Yac-Yan graduated Cum Laude from UDC in May 2002, with two degrees, an AA in graphic design and a BA in studio art. That's where his inspiration for his clothing line came from. He creates, designs and markets his own line. "Repetition Clothing is urban fashion at its best, its has the feel and attitudes of the city but with a very classic and traditional overtone," says Yac. Yac-Yan's
passion for music and fashion are equally balanced, he plans to bring his line into the mainstream along with his music. His debut album "Last but not Least" is a perfect example of who he is and where he's been. The album is universal, eclectic, and inspirational. This album is by far not a demo, but
a well planned and executed work of art. It has the creativity and maturity of an artist whose been in the industry for years, however this is his first album. Yezzy (Yac-Yan) is focused and determined on making a huge impact on the music industry, with his fresh and innovative style and very strategic business tactics. Furthermore he actually has something to say. "I'm not coming into this industry to be a clone but to be an ARTIST- one who creates,"says Yezzy.
