Yael Horwitz is a rare singer from Jerusalem with roots in Argentina, France and Algeria. After living in Spain for several years, singing and collaborating with flamenco artists, she created an original style that takes her audience on a joyful journey through the authentic sounds of Spain, Jerusalem and Paris, mixing the sound from the colorful worlds in which she was raised. The result is a beautiful and communicative Flamenco Soul music which is an original Israeli-French-Spanish creation.
In her album "Latido" Yeal re-visited some of her favorite classics along with original songs she wrote and gave them a mesmerizing edition in Spanish mixed with Hebrew and French. In the album as well as the live performances Yael uses the sound of the Andalucian Flamenco to express her multicultural personality.
