Finding solace in a vocal booth after a four-year relationship came to a bitter end, Yasmeen provides an honesty that is rare in today's cool kid driven world. At 25 years old, being 100% honest in her music is the only thing that allows her to express freely what her reserved personality does not. Growing up between Detroit and Phoenix, Yasmeen's strict Middle Eastern upbringing doesn't make for your typical artist background. Having to hide that same four-year relationship from her father left no escape except her music. It is here that you will find a pain, loneliness, and desperation that is rare in Pop Music. Her monstrous voice and the pain within it will be the soundtrack to broken hearts for years to come.
