Donny Williams
This southern boy grew up in none other than Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He has been priming his pipes since the tender age of 5yrs old. All hes ever known is singing. One quick listen to his strong vocal range and you will be rapped into the world of Donnie Williams.
His strong gospel background, made a great training ground for his heart rendering vocals. This brotha is one smooth operator. He plays the keyboard and will surprise you with his opera. He has a very subtle, charming way about him. When you speak to this young man youll have to ask yourself, is he for real. This is one person who is genuine about everything he does. He is very family oriented, which provides the strength needed to make it in this business.
Like many of the artist that has come before him, Donnies favorite musical subject is romantic love. Ballads are his specialty, and he brings to them his smooth, poignant, hypnotic style. Whether the song is about love found, love lost or love remembered, nobody does it like Donnie.
He electrified the stage at such events as Yoshis KBLX Soul Session. The Black Expo and was exposed to millions, when he sang on American Idol. Look out world! Here comes Donnie Williams.
