Bio

Known as your rapper’s favorite rapper and your girlfriends’ favorite fat boy, Dominque Williams A.K.A. “YGeeta” is steady rising like Carolina yeast. Straight out the mud of Murfreesboro N.C., YGeeta’s melodic hooks, alluring and erotic verses makes a female reevaluate her man's presence.

My musical influences growing up were Gerald Levert,

Patti LaBelle, Teddy Pendergrass, Stephanie mills, and

Marvin Gaye. These are all the people my mama used

to listen to, but my favorite was Gerald Levert.”

Being raised by a woman made him a ladies man, and gave him utmost respect for them. Growing up some of his musical taste consisted of Kriss Kross, DMX, Ja Rule, Jay-Z, Biggie Smalls, Young Dro, Missy Elliot, Foxy Brown, and Mary J. Blige. He listened to rap music, but he had a special type of love for R&B. He felt Ja Rule had this R&B/Hip-Hop style which made him his favorite, but he considered 50 Cent to be the hook king.

All of his music is inspired by his personal relationships/situations with friends or significant others. A lot of people can relate to his single “Shawty Call I’m Gone”. Every man has experienced that one female who they would stop time if they could to make her smile or that female friend they’ve got a crush on who made them feel like she was the one. That feeling of her being the one inspired his single “Mrs. Right”.  He wrote a lot of songs during his incarceration, but there were inmates who said he wasn’t a rapper cause all he wrote was love songs. This woke up the other side of YGeeta and inspired the track “Call Me Out”.

In 2010 YGeeta opened up for his favorite rapper Young Dro and gave the fans something to remember. Years later he was featured on BME’s live broadcast, which boosted his fan base to another level. YGeeta’s new single “Wetter” brought more attention and he was recognized as 2017 Artist of the year at Carolina East Annual Greenville Grammy’s.
