YL Ques is an ambitious & versatile recording artist who has the talent, the passion, & the desire to create "timeless music". Growing up on the Eastside of Atlanta, Ques uses his music to tell real life stories, from real life situations, through real life experiences.
On August 2016, YL Ques dropped what would be his Freshman Mixtape "Live From The Porch" Hosted by **Wild N Out & Derez Deshon’s DJ, DJ Ant Dirty** via Spinrilla & MyMixtapes.
Soon after releasing his first tape, Ques released the video for the his hot single "Paper Chasers" which began to create a buzz around the the city of Atlanta. Unfortunately YL Ques spent the first half of 2017 on bed rest fighting just to walk again.
Declaring to comeback stronger than ever, YL Ques began to pride himself more & more on becoming a perfectionist of his craft. He became obsessed with creating unique & "TIMELESS" music. In March of 2018, Ques sparked a furious comeback by releasing singles "Born To Win", "BALL", & "Kap". On July 6, 2018 Ques then released his first Studio Album titled "Born To Win" on all digital streaming platforms.
The "KAP" artist did not stop there from dropping viral freestyles to heart wrenching singles like "Nice & Slow" & "Used To Know".
On October 31st 2018, YL Ques joined forces with childhood friends/up & coming artists Road Runna DJ & BANG BANG TR3 by releasing the compilation mixtape "100PROOF VOL.1" which includes their single “1 For All”. YL Ques has been doing shows since 2016 & plans on touring most of 2019. “Proper Preparation Makes A Difference” #BornToWin
