Bio

I have been Djing for 5 years in bars an clubs for around 5 years, but Djing at home for much longer than that. The release of Daft Punk's 'Discovery' in 2001 well and truly captivated my interest in music. The unique club banging disco soul combined with animation videos immediately made it clear that these guys were no ordinary musicians, mysterious and imaginative, it blew me away. 'Discovery' would wet my appetite for things to come, taking me on a journey through multiple musical genres, taking my encyclopaedia of sounds through a wide range of eras. I have been on a continuous quest for new (and old) music that would stir up the same feelings, The Postal Service's 'Give Up' hit the spot, Q Tip's 'amplified' did too, while Bloc party's 'Silent Alarm' hit an indie nerve. All of which, as well as many others, have inspired me to play music against the walls of convention.

I have experience of playing to large crowds, such as on Brunel University's club nights at their student Union and for their various 'society' end of year parties. I also hosted a indie/alternative night at 'Ama-gi', a dirty disco night at 'Bacchus' in kingston and a D.A.N.C.E night at the Hippodrome, all in Kingston-upon-Thames. I am now a regular DJ at St Mary's University in Twickenham, South West London.
