Young Kadi

Born and raised on the gritty streets of Houston, Texas Young Kadi has accomplished more than most of his peers he grew up with. He has made the ever so rare successful transition from the streets to music. Young Kadi caught the attention of his city during his early teens on the mixtape circuit with cds such as "This My City", and the "Summer of Kadi" series, he also caught the attention of Rap-A-Lot Records Owner J.Prince. Although Prince said that Kadi did have a future in Hip-Hop, he was not ready then, and he should finish school first. Kadi went back to the studio harder than ever, letting out all his problems and aggressions on the track. Now 5 years later Young Kadi is emerging as Houston's Hottest M.C. and is being called the Rapper to watch, and the future of hip hop! He has released his highly anticipated 1st album on August 5, 2008, and has released his new single "Playa Like Me" Ft. Swisha. He is here to stay, and like Kadi says, "Houston Actually Got Something To Say."
