youngmecca was born in cook county hospital on the south-side of chicago wild wild 100's at the tender age of 9 started rapping and writing poetry. as youngmecca born (terry pope) started to develop a voice and a spirit to become a serious rap artist her mom started putting her in talentshows around chicago suburbs. youngmecca became a rap sensation back in the 90's as she performed over 400 times in numerous of clubs, bars, schools, outside events and concerts around the united states. her drive is unbelieveable and should defiently be signed to a major record label. this year in 2009 youngmecca has been seen by and has amazed such labels as grand hustle and universal records. this year is her year to shine and reign over all the struggles of making it big in the music industry. be on the look out this girl is a rising star.
