Young Pat Cap

Cincinnati native Rapper and Producer Young Pat Cap (real name Patrick Captain) found himself rapping at an early age, recording his first demo tape at his dad’s studio in Atlanta, GA at the age of 3yrs old. After a childhood filled with extracurricular activities such as little league basketball and football, he gave up his career in sports after his senior year in high school, even with offers to play college ball. Young Pat Cap says that he realized his calling was in music after having major success in High School with the release of his first cd “Da Truth Has Been Spoken” selling over 500 copies in his High School alone. Once in college at Northern Kentucky University, Young Pat Cap managed to win several freestyle battles which were held and hosted by Cincinnati’s radio one staton 101.1fm the wiz. Performing at every talent show the school held Young Pat Cap began to buzz around the NKU campus landing him his first major show opening up for Chris Brown at NKU in 2006. Since then Young Pat Cap has managed to land a song on the radio, open up for major acts such as Rick Ross, Young Joc, Future, and others.
