YOUNG RILL

Young Rill was born into a family with an already established love for music. With the launching of his father's Gospel record label (Lgr Records), he began to fall more in love with the music. Between the ages of 1 and 3, Rill began playing on his toy drum set on a daily basis and at the age of 4 he was given a full 5 piece professional set and began playing in church. Rill was asked to perform his first drum solo for his school in the first grade. A year later he was asked to fill the position as a drummer in a jazz band in Philadelphia, PA. Without any lessons or the ability to read music, his natural God given talent progressed and by the time he was seven years old he was playing the piano and showing interest in composing and writing music. Still unable to read music, Rill was given his first keyboard and after spending countless hours of studying the production of many hit records, Rill began to mimic them. Soon after, Rill was given a drum machine. Growing tired of the same equipment and limited sounds, his 5th grade year he was given a mixer, computer, and a computer software program program called Cakewalk . All being in his bedroom, this did not look like the average 5th grader's room at all. Now developing his own original sounds, Rill gained experience through the next couple of years in many areas by creating music through many pieces of equipment and different programs such as Fruity Loops, Cakewalk, Pro Tools, Logic, the Motif, the MPC 2000, and even used Playstation 2. Rill spent countless days and nights in the studio perfecting his craft. At age16, Rill was offered a gig to fill the position as a drummer at club fusion for Ryan Banks. A year later Ryan introduced Rill to the Founders and Producers of Dreamstream TV. Realizing the potential that Rill possessed, that same month, Dreamstream producers shot a video documentary featuring Young Rill (Luis Rogers III) at age 17, in which Rill was introduced to Grammy award winning producers Dre and Vidal, known for producing hits such as Chris Brown's "Yo" , Michael Jackson's "Butterflies" & Ciara's "Oh" and many other hit songs. Young Rill's passion for music has been evident since a baby and years of experience, knowledge, and motivation from professionals has only made it stronger. This is evident in his debut CD "I Do It All".
The project features a mixture of Rap, HipHop, and R&B flavors with a fresh, youthful energetic approach!
