A Haitian native, raised in St-Michel Montreal, Young Snag is Montreal's fastest upcoming Hip Hop artist. His first mix tape (violence is not always the answer) hosted by DJ Kay Slay got the Montreal streets talking selling over 8000 copies, making him one of the only artists in Montreal moving units in the streets at that level. Further earning his stripes Snag's video for Wilfred Laurier was added into rotation on Much Music (Canada's Top Video Station) in 2011. He gained notoriety in New York with appearances of several respected artists such as Dip Sets member J.R Writer on " Talk about It ", Hood Fellaz member C-Low from Miami on " For my Dons", Kobe KoKilla (who's worked with well known artists such as Eminem, Dr.Dre, Jim Jones and More) from Chicago on "Step in to my World" and a featuring with DJ Kay Slay. He has also done shows with different well-known artist such as Waka flocka flame, T.I, French Montana, Rick Ross and many other artists. Snag's songs have also been played on HOT97 and Kiss FM in New York City. With new music and video's on the way, as well as records hitting Itunes world wide, keep and eye on MTL's heavy weight in 2013!
