Bio

Yesterday is history today is a gift; that's why they call it, the present. And tomorrow is what the current regime in Hip Hop music is currently questioning. Critics say the torch Houston, Texas once carried is no longer lit. The year is 2009 and in the eyes of "Undertaker Entertainment", it's not about being the future anymore. The truth is - you can't place a time frame or boundaries on the future. So being as such is uncivilized. The young man that is about to change the complexion of how Houston is received is so excited about what's ahead of him, he's become an insomniac. He is "The H-town Hero"; but for all extensive purposes, you can call him "Young Twinn".

Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana; raised in Houston, Texas; Tory Tremelle Spooner better known as Young Twinn, is the embodiment of the South in every sense of the word. His southern drawl is noticeable yet clear in interpretation. His presence has already established himself with young ladies across the globe (thanks to Myspace: www.myspace.com/artistyoungtwinn) as a heartthrob in the making. And the diligence and professionalism that the 22 year old lyrical technician exudes in the recording studio and on stage is proof that his soul has inhabited this earth before.

Young Twinn has already notched a wide range of performances throughout the country; not too mention clocking BDS spins in 2006-2007, on radio stations around the county, along with XM Radio airplay and spins on Music Choice for his first official single, "Getcha Cake Up", less than a month into taking his career above the Minors into a Major league.

Speaking of his first official single, Twinn had the opportunity of logging in studio-time with the highly decorated producer Jim Jonsin (Rebel Rock Productions/Atlantic Records), the last weekend of April 2006 in Miami. Jim's colleagues know of the successful producer as not being easily impressed or enthused during his studio sessions. But once 'Young Twinn' had the lyrics for "Getcha Cake Up", written and recorded in less than 45 minutes, "Jim" was impressed. He was so impressed that he wouldn't allow "The H-town Hero" to leave the studio without creating another sparkler. Thirty minutes later, Young Twinn and R&B sensation Xavier "XL" Lewis penned and recorded, "Hood Fly" an instant work of art with his female fan base.

The ladies love a gentleman. Young Twinn also had the opportunity to give them a special treat in late 2007 with another instant work of art, "Show Me Some Luv". This ladies favorite features Florida's R&B sensation Pleasure P formally of the platinum selling group Pretty Ricky. Young Twinn also has an instant street banger in the works called 'It's Whateva' featuring DJ Drama's hot artist from Atlanta, Georgia Willie The Kid, with other surprise guests in the works to be added to the track.

With a strong catalog of hits and a solid worldwide fan base, Young Twinn decided it was time to take things to the next level by collaborating with worldwide superstar Sean Kingston. Not wasting any time, they recorded an instant hit single together called "She Said Stop" (produced by super producer J.R. Rottem), that created a serious buzz worldwide and was recently sold to Block Ent/Bad Boy South recording artist "Gorilla Zoe" as his lead single for his sophomore album.

It's clear that Young Twinn is no stranger to the music world because besides working with today's top artist & platinum producers, he's been featured on many mixtapes with today's top DJs around the country such as (Clinton Sparks, DJ Smalls, OG Ron C, Green Lantern, Radio, Cutmaster C, Scope & MUCH MORE...). The "H-Town Hero" has been making things happen on a major level in the music industry and also has been receiving love from the fashion world with exclusive originals from Akademiks, Shmack, Famous, Miskeen and many others for photo shoots and recent live performances.

Young Twinn is also getting involved in his community. “I'm just trying to make a better tomorrow for not only my family, but for my community” Young Twinn expresses whole-heartedly. “I just want for everybody to know that tomorrow is coming. Don't get it twisted; this is not a campaign. If you're young and bettering yourself through schooling, training, community service, etc. you're tomorrow right along with me. Let's just get out here and make believers out the generations before us, which some have already given up on us.”
