"Recap of The Rip The Runway Fashion Show"

The First Rip The Runway Fashion Show went down last night at the Ramada Hotel in North York which I had the pleasure to attend. First off, I must give my hats off to the designers and performers who were absolutely amazing. I especially enjoyed a new up and coming Canadian R&B singer Kim Davis who for me, gave the best performance of the night. She currently has a collaboration out with Sizzla which is being played on Flow 93.5. The other performers were, Rochester, Paige,Trinity Chris and Young Shaws (this guy has amazing flow)! There were some great give aways as well such as a pair of Versace sunglasses, and some FAB designer shoes.

The energy from the crowd was live, so it seemed as though everyone was taking the fashion in and enjoying themselves. The designers were as follows: Fieerce, Pablo B Clothing,Evol Williams,CeCe,Curtis James, Moknotic Clothing, Krystal Miller and Jackie of Vixen Couture. All of the designs showcased were hot but one particular designer who blew my away was the creator of Vixen Couture!
Her clothes were just my style fly and flashy! Her designs offer some cute shorts, tops and some bangin dresses you will get noticed in! For those who are members of CGU (Curvy Girls Unite),not to worry all her designs are catered to women with curves! I plan on covering an interview with this FAB young lady about her clothing line very soon so stay tuned! - Torontostyle.net

Bio

In the beginning there was ball, his first love. In 2000 he started an affair; he picked up a pen and started writing rhymes. Then in 2003 he officially made the switch and left ball to be with music. That was the Starting and when he knew he could do better he dropped his second album the Starting 2. Now in his latest release, Introduction, Young Shaws lets the world meet a legend in the making. Shaws grew up playing ball, causing ruckus in the classroom, and listening to rap. Although he never really had a vision of rapping until 2000, he always loved hip-hop. Always had love for the legends. I grew up listening to Nas, Jay-Z, Big L, 2 Pac, and Biggy. But Nas was the artist that made me start thinking about rapping because he could make a record about anything thats real. Since 2000, Shaws has dedicated himself to making fresh and real music. There are no gimmicks and no formulas everything he raps about he is about. His latest contribution to the rap game Introduction was produced by Boy 1Da, All Star and Fortune. But forget all the name dropping, true rap fans can look forward to Shaws fresh lyrics, infamous sense of humour, and real talk. Although Shaws isnt signed to a major record label hes not in hurry to get the things he has coming to him. A true hustler knows that nothing comes easy and if it does the price may end up being a lot more than you bargained for. Shaws stays focused on achieving his dreams his way. He doesn't rush. He works hard and works steady. Meet Young Shaws the baller turned rapper thats got the whole city talking. You've now been formally introduced.
