Who is Yung Heck? Norris Kelly. A comedic soul. It all started in 1979 when Heck was brought into this world. Growing up in West Oakland and then in Seaside Ca. As far as rappin, it all started with a tape recorder nad an instrumental telling stories about what was goin on in the hood. Trials and tribulations of being an inner city youth. as time moved on Heck began rapping and now cant be stopped.Even through the pain of getting shot and surviving the music kepr his spirits going.Unlike any other artist Heck is down to earth, ready to help any kid thats starting to rap, helping in the community and also a devoted father.
