Born August 31 1983 in Marietta GA raised in the south-side of Va started Charles Julian Mabry
rapping at the age of 17 under the name as Joseph Frigid soon after started producing tracks under the
name of Manifest when he was 18 and at the age of 19 he went to his street name Bals which was
giving to him cause people thought he was a lil bit crazy cause he would talk shit to anybody and
wouldn't care. The time period before the Bals era he had a total of 8 album just sitting in a crate cause
he felt he wasn't ready yet. During the Bals era he tested the waters wit the oblivion album and did his
first show in bad-news VA. After that situation he felt the love but still went back in hiding to better his
skills a lil more so he could hit hard when he comes out and did another album. At the age of 20 he
changed his name one last time to reign supreme and did the album dead to the world and leaked it out
to the hood and got the response he was looking for letting people know his life in the songs. So the
next album from darkness to light he decided to let people know what he went thru to get here and all
the things he sacrificed for the love of music. From his street beef and mix up with gangs to the
situations he was going thru at home to his prejudgment in society. Long after recording the album he
never released it but instead he went on to move down to Miami under the alias of Yung Reign. He felt
being stuck in the situation he was in he would never progress unless he got out. While in Miami he
decided to start back from the ground up get a lil buzz back . He finally enrolled in college and started
working on the HollyHood Dreamz album which would be his real test. After Doing a couple of shows
at local clubs and preforming for Dj Smallz in Orlando and receiving a good response he recorded his
first two singles for he album “ How U Wanna” and “Swag Check” . With theses two singles he
decided to go a different route and half fun with it with hopes that people could let go what they are
dealing with at that point in time and vibe with it. This young man shows true heart and drive and a
passion for this game.
