Singer-songwriter Yvonne Lyon is among the best and brightest emerging talent currently from Scotland. Her latest album, A Thousand Questions Why (recorded with Graeme Duffin, Wet Wet Wet) combines poignant lyrics with strong, creative melodies, demonstrating a voice that can be both fragile and intense. She has consistently drawn and stirred crowds across the UK with her emotive performances.

With a live session for Bob Harris Radio 2 and a BBC1 television appearance under her belt, Yvonne has enjoyed sharing the stage with the likes of Patty Griffin, Karine Polwart, Capercaillie, Kate Rusby, Luka Bloom, Martyn Joseph, Michael Mara and Steve Forbert . She also opened for Teenage Fanclub at Scotland’s Celtic Connections 2008.
